Our commitment to that quality system helps to insure that our customers receive a level of quality and accuracy expected from a leader in Electrical Discharge Machining. Customers can be provided with Inspection Reports and Certificates of Conformance on request.

Our Quality System includes a Brown & Sharpe Coordinate Measuring Machine, a Surtronic Surface Texture Measurement Machine, a Rockwell Hardness Tester, and various Micrometers, Calipers, Gage Pins, & Gage Blocks all calibrated as required by our Quality System. These machines are used for dimensional inspection, and to measure surface finish and material hardness, all of which are essential to the various industries we serve.

Our Brown & Sharpe CMM is equipped with a digitizing package that connects directly to our programming system to quickly and accurately reverse engineer our customer's parts.
